UPDATE: LINKED Security Personnel Demonstrate Preparedness in Earthquake and Fire Drill

LINKED Security Personnel showcased exceptional preparedness during an earthquake and fire drill with the BFP–Cabuyao, reinforcing teamwork, safety awareness, and the company’s commitment to workplace emergency readiness.

In a continuous effort to uphold workplace safety and emergency readiness, LINKED security personnel actively participated in a comprehensive earthquake and fire drill conducted in coordination with the Bureau of Fire Protection – City of Cabuyao. The activity brought together a total of 418 employees and security personnel, all united under one goal — to strengthen preparedness and ensure safety within the facility. The drill simulated real-life disaster scenarios, beginning with an earthquake alert that prompted employees to perform the “duck, cover, and hold” procedure. This was immediately followed by a fire simulation, allowing participants to apply proper evacuation techniques and emergency response measures. LINKED’s security team played a crucial role throughout the activity, leading the implementation of safety protocols, assisting in the evacuation process, and coordinating with the BFP responders. Their professionalism, calm demeanor, and quick response demonstrated the importance of constant training and readiness in mitigating risks during emergencies. According to the organizers, this year’s exercise stood out because of its well-coordinated execution and the security team’s evident preparedness. Such activities serve as a valuable reminder of the importance of safety awareness and the role of every individual in protecting lives and property during unforeseen events. At LINKED Group, safety and security go hand in hand. Through continuous drills, training, and collaboration with partner agencies, the organization reaffirms its commitment to promoting a culture of vigilance, resilience, and preparedness in every site it serves. With teamwork, coordination, and the dedication of trained personnel, LINKED continues to ensure that when emergencies arise, everyone knows exactly what to do — confidently, safely, and together.
