Applicants aged 21-45, with a minimum height of 5’2″, must pass comprehensive medical, physical and mental fitness tests, and score at least 3 in the NP Screening Test. Successful candidates then complete structured training and evaluations to guarantee peak performance and adaptability under pressure.
