The Training Director designs, implements, and manages security training programs, ensuring compliance with PNP-SOSIA, TESDA, and DOLE standards while enhancing personnel skills, discipline, and readiness for deployment.

Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in security training, law enforcement, or military service
- Strong knowledge of PNP-SOSIA regulations, security operations, and crisis management
- TESDA accreditation or Training Officer certification is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Physically fit for hands-on training
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a security agency or training institution
- Knowledge of firearms training, self-defense, and emergency response
- Background in corporate security, VIP protection, and crowd control training
