HIRING: Training Director

The Training Director designs, implements, and manages security training programs, ensuring compliance with PNP-SOSIA, TESDA, and DOLE standards while enhancing personnel skills, discipline, and readiness for deployment.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in security training, law enforcement, or military service
  • Strong knowledge of PNP-SOSIA regulations, security operations, and crisis management
  • TESDA accreditation or Training Officer certification is a plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Physically fit for hands-on training

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a security agency or training institution
  • Knowledge of firearms training, self-defense, and emergency response
  • Background in corporate security, VIP protection, and crowd control training
