The Protection Agent position is designed for licensed and experienced security professionals who are ready to take on field responsibilities. As frontliners, Protection Agents safeguard people, properties, and assets while maintaining discipline, alertness, and professionalism at all times. Candidates must be college level or graduates, at least 5’7” in height, with relevant security experience. Applicants should be residents of Cebu City, familiar with key areas, and must hold a valid LTO driver’s license with the ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles.
Meanwhile, the Quality Assurance Inspector role focuses on maintaining standards and compliance. The position involves conducting audits and spot inspections, verifying licenses and government documents, evaluating post conditions, identifying operational gaps, and recommending corrective actions. Applicants must have at least three years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in Criminology or a related course, along with a valid Security Officer License and driver’s license. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of security systems and procedures are essential.
