LINKED Group, through its FPIP Emergency Response Team (ERT), supported the successful conduct of the 1st FPIP Inter-Locator Fire Olympics 2026 at First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP). Patterned after the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Fire Olympics, the event brought together 12 locators to showcase their firefighting skills, speed, teamwork, and emergency preparedness. Sir Nap Briñas also attended the event.

As the defending champion, the FPIP-ERT Team from LINKED Group showcased its expertise by conducting live capability demonstrations for the participating locators. These demonstrations highlighted the team’s technical skills, operational readiness, and ability to respond to emergency situations, providing participants with valuable insights into effective firefighting and emergency response practices.

In addition to the demonstrations, the FPIP-ERT Team worked alongside FPIP management and BFP personnel, who served as event officials and umpires, to help facilitate the competition. Through its support, the team contributed to the smooth conduct of the event while promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement in emergency response capabilities.

The event also welcomed guests from Carmelray, headed by Mr. Ver Lorenzo and Mr. Jake Jecena, who attended to observe the competition in preparation for their own Fire Olympics planned for early 2027. Their participation highlighted the importance of sharing best practices and strengthening collaboration among industrial communities to promote workplace safety.

The 1st FPIP Inter-Locator Fire Olympics 2026 marked an important milestone in encouraging locators to enhance their emergency preparedness and strengthen their commitment to safety.
