At approximately 11:20 AM on September 22, 2026, an emergency incident occurred at the MWSS Parking Building 1 Canteen. An individual suddenly lost consciousness and collapsed onto the floor while waiting in line to purchase food, sustaining a minor abrasion on his forehead during the fall. Demonstrating exceptional alertness, LINKED Security responds swiftly to manage the scene and secure immediate medical intervention.
Responding security personnel—including SP Vergel Matias, SO Mario Tindan, MRT Emmanuel Biñas, MRT Edison Malupa, and MRT Rizalino Tejada—promptly rendered assistance on-site and requested support from clinic personnel. Working in seamless alignment with attending medical professionals Nurse Darlene Fabellon and Dr. Camelle De Castro, the responding team secured the area and stabilized the patient. Given the impact and head abrasion, strict safety protocols were enforced: the individual was carefully immobilized and secured onto a spine board before being transported to the clinic for initial evaluation and close observation.
To ensure thorough medical assessment and precautionary X-ray examinations, the patient was subsequently transferred and safely transported via ambulance to the hospital.
