Key Responsibilities
The General Accounting Associate will be responsible for performing essential accounting tasks, such as maintaining the General Ledger and subsidiary ledgers, accurately recording daily financial transactions, and preparing financial reports. In addition, they will ensure the timely preparation and filing of regulatory requirements, particularly those related to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
Qualifications
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, with a professional license considered an advantage. The role requires proficiency in computer applications and a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and effective time management abilities. Given the demands of the role, applicants should be trustworthy, highly detail-oriented, and willing to work extended hours if necessary. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
