We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Asset Management Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our purchasing operations by maintaining accurate asset records, tracking inventory, coordinating asset movements, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will assist in asset acquisition, allocation, maintenance, and disposal, while also providing administrative support and generating essential reports.
As our Asset Management Assistant, your duties will include asset tracking management, auditing assets and reporting, compliance and documentation, coordination with stakeholders, and preventive maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring that our resources are well-managed and utilized efficiently to support our company’s operational goals.
We are seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Criminology, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Excel, strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Experience in procurement or supply chain management—especially in the security industry—is preferred. Knowledge in firearms maintenance and possession of a valid driver’s license will be considered an advantage.
