This July, we proudly support Nutrition Month 2025 with the theme: “Strengthening Healthy Diets for a Healthier Nation.” The campaign reminds us that healthy eating is essential for both personal wellness and national development.
Today, many Filipinos face diet-related health issues. About 40% of adults are obese, while 11% suffer from anemia. Children are also affected—6.7% are stunted, and 3% are underweight. These problems are often caused by poor eating habits, limited access to nutritious food, and a lack of nutrition awareness.
