This role is essential to ensuring the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of our field operations across various sites.
The Area Field Supervisor will be responsible for conducting risk assessments and security audits, implementing risk mitigation measures, and overseeing the development of security policies and procedures. You will also coordinate with law enforcement agencies, supervise the implementation of physical security protocols, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and industry standards. Your ability to assess complex situations and make quick, sound decisions under pressure will be highly valued.
Qualified applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and possess a valid Security Officer License. Preferably, candidates should have security-related certifications such as CSP or CSMS. A BOSH certification is also considered an advantage. Experience in managing security operations and handling teams in high-pressure environments is highly regarded. Proficiency in both English and Tagalog, computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, and a valid driver’s license for 2- and 4-wheel vehicles are required.
We also welcome former detachment commanders, assistant detachment commanders, officers-in-charge, and shift-in-charge personnel with relevant experience in the security industry.
