LINKED Group is currently hiring a Regional Manager to lead security operations and administration across its NCR North and Central clusters. This full-time leadership role, based in Kamuning, Quezon City, is a strategic opportunity for professionals who are passionate about public safety, operational excellence, and building community resilience.
As the Regional Manager, you will oversee the implementation of security policies, ensure compliance with legal and industry standards, manage training and team development, and foster strong partnerships with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders. This role plays a key part in advancing LINKED’s mission to provide exceptional safety and security solutions that empower businesses to operate with peace of mind.

Applicants must be college graduates in BS Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience. A Master’s degree and military or security background are preferred, along with a valid Security Officer License and strong critical thinking skills.
