Qualified applicants must hold a valid security license. Upon deployment, successful candidates will receive FREE ₱250,000 Life and Accident Insurance, FREE uniforms, and enjoy a 5-day Service Incentive Leave annually. Guards will follow a 12-hour duty schedule (8 hours regular + 4 hours overtime) and receive an Annual Uniform Allowance of ₱1,200. We ensure on-time salaries and remittance of SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
