Safety and readiness remain at the heart of LINKED Group’s mission, and this commitment was once again demonstrated by the 32 Sanson by Rockwell Cebu Security Team as they led a Clean-Up Drive and Emergency Preparedness Drill this December 2025. These initiatives highlight how proactive efforts in maintaining safety and readiness create secure, organized, and resilient communities.
On December 7, 2025, the team organized a Clean-Up Drive focused on promoting cleanliness, workplace order, and overall preparedness. Security personnel and partner stakeholders decluttered and reorganized key work areas to ensure functionality and ease of movement during emergencies. Safety equipment was thoroughly inspected, workstations were improved for operational efficiency, and arrangements were made to support swift response to any situation. This initiative not only reinforced safety and readiness but also fostered a clean, efficient, and hazard-free environment.
Earlier on December 2, 2025, the same team carried out a comprehensive Earthquake and Fire Drill that strengthened emergency awareness among employees and residents. The drill simulated real-life scenarios requiring quick decision-making, proper evacuation procedures, rescue assessment, and safe assembly area management. Participants experienced hands-on guidance as teams performed facility safety checks, assisted in evacuation, and coordinated final headcounts to ensure accountability. The exercise boosted confidence, coordination, and the overall emergency readiness of everyone involved.
Both activities showcased exceptional teamwork and unwavering dedication to LINKED Group’s core values. The Cebu Security Team demonstrated how disciplined preparation, shared responsibility, and community cooperation form the foundation of effective safety measures.
