Outstanding security begins with dedicated professionals who consistently uphold the highest standards of vigilance, integrity, and service. In recognition of these qualities, LINKED Group and First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) conducted the Awarding Ceremony for Security Personnel 2026 in celebration of International Security Officer’s Day on July 24, 2026, at the Audio-Visual Room of FPIP Administration Building. The event gathered 59 security personnel and company leaders to honor the dedication, professionalism, and exemplary performance of officers who continue to safeguard FPIP’s people, assets, and operations.
Led by Southlink Security President Mr. Napoleon NJ A. Briñas IV, with South Luzon Cluster Lead Mr. Diosdado Nebril Jr., Area Field Supervisor Mr. Jerico Regino, and FPIP Detachment Commander Frederico U. Felipe, the ceremony was also attended by Engr. Jason de las Alas, FPIP Vice President for Operations, FPIP Security Manager Mr. Allen Erick Melo, and SO Reymark Esleta, reflecting the strong partnership between FPIP and LINKED Group in advancing safety and security excellence. The ceremony recognized the outstanding contributions of security personnel through both Certificates of Recognition and Special Awards. A total of 31 security personnel received Certificates of Recognition for their successful Unauthorized Entry Apprehensions, while 20 security personnel were recognized for their Falsification Apprehensions, highlighting their vigilance in preventing security breaches and protecting client assets.
In addition, 11 outstanding security personnel received special award tokens and certificates for exemplary performance, with 4 officers honored as Best in Unauthorized Apprehension, 4 officers recognized as Best in Falsification Apprehension, and 1 officer each receiving the Best in Security Award, Best in Safety Award, and Best in Investigation Award. Together, these recognitions celebrated the dedication, professionalism, and commitment of LINKED Group’s security personnel in upholding the highest standards of service.
In his opening remarks, Engr. Jason de las Alas commended the security force for its continued efforts in strengthening FPIP’s security operations. “Maraming improvements na nagagawa, marami tayong naco-contribute sa part… confident ako na kapag nagtulong-tulong tayo, makakamit din natin ‘yung kailangan nating gampanan,” he said, before expressing his appreciation on behalf of the management: “Thank you for your service.”
Meanwhile, Mr. Briñas IV emphasized that every recognition was earned through dedication and commitment rather than chance. “Hindi ako naniniwalang chamba… ang mga dedikasyong ito ay bunga ng ating araw-araw na pagsisilbi,” he remarked. He further reminded the officers that “Ang pagiging security personnel ay pangangalaga rin ng tiwala na ibinibigay sa atin ng ating mga kliyente,” encouraging everyone to continue living out LINKED Group’s core values of Integrity and Operational Excellence in every decision and action they take while on duty.
More than a recognition program, the ceremony reaffirmed LINKED Group’s commitment to Operational Excellence, strengthening its partnership with FPIP through professionalism and service excellence.
