The EDC-BACMAN Security Detachment of Silver Link Security and Investigative Services, Inc. conducted its Christmas Party and Service Awarding Ceremony on December 20, 2025, as it honors long service and recognizes personnel who have dedicated 10 and 15 years of faithful duty. The activity celebrated not only years of tenure but also the professionalism, loyalty, and commitment consistently demonstrated in protecting the Energy Development Corporation – Bacon-Manito (EDC-BACMAN) facilities.
The program was led by Detachment Commander SO Angel B. Carzon, with the support of Deputy Detachment Commander SO Joseph D. Dechavez and Account Investigator SO Alejandro J. Dado. The ceremony emphasized the importance of recognizing long-serving personnel whose sustained performance has contributed to operational stability, discipline, and excellence within the detachment.
Awardees recognized during the ceremony included SO Joseph D. Dechavez and SO Roberto I. Layos, together with security guards SG Ronnie S. Monterola Jr., SG Danilo L. Dela Cruz, SG Renato N. Aguirre, SG Ronnie R. Miña, SG Sandy M. Mestiola, SG Suelo J. Despolon, SG Gilbert D. Moredo, SG Adrian O. Balindong, SG Ronald T. Codon, SG Rey D. Jamon, SG Joven L. Jazo, and SG Jobert E. Dollindo. Each awardee was commended for their dedication, discipline, and unwavering commitment throughout their years of service.
Beyond recognition, the celebration fostered camaraderie and unity among personnel. As the EDC-BACMAN Detachment honors long service, the event concluded with a group photo symbolizing gratitude, teamwork, and a continued commitment to excellence and professionalism.
