LINKED Group Officers cheerfully join their field personnel for a group photo during Best-Best 2024
LINKED Group successfully held its 2nd Best-Best 2024 Competition, designed to accomplish the following objectives: (a) assess the performance of the agencies by conducting inspections across all facets of security operations, including but not limited to compliance with regulatory requirements, adherence to client’s terms of reference, and adherence to company standard operating procedures; (b) ensure the Company’s objectives to provide excellent service to clients are met; and (c) recognize the most outstanding agency and detachment for their exemplary performance and commitment to delivering top-notch services to clients.
Detachment inspections were conducted from June to November 2024, covering 27 security detachments belonging to four security agencies, namely Goldlink Security, Southlink Security, Silver Link Security, and Powerlink Security. The detachments were categorized into A (with 31 security personnel and above) and B (with 15-30 security personnel). The inspection process encompassed five categories: Operational Compliance, Showdown Inspection, Admin Inspection, Ranks Inspection, and General Knowledge Examination.
To formally conclude the competition, on December 7, the group organized a culminating activity titled “Pagpupugay at Pasasalamat” to express recognition and appreciation to the security personnel for their dedication and hard work as the frontline force of the security group and for their unwavering preparation in Best-Best 2024 Competition.
Mr. Evertson Abril Culile, security guard from EDC- Leyte Geothermal Project Detachment was the topnotcher of the General Knowledge Examination garnering a perfect score. The Best Detachment under Category B was awarded again to EDC – Wind Burgos Power Corporation Detachment from Powerlink Security, while the Best Detachment under Category A was secured by The Grove by Rockwell Detachment, also from Powerlink Security. Lastly, the prestigious Best Agency award was bestowed upon Powerlink Security.
