LINKED Group’s Security Detachment at Maynilad IPO Dam marked its 2nd deployment anniversary with a dual-purpose celebration that underscored both social responsibility and professional readiness. The milestone was commemorated through a Community Outreach Program and the Annual Fire Suppression Training Seminar for all CPF IPO Dam security personnel.
As part of the Community Outreach effort, the team organized a feeding program and distributed pre-loved clothes to the Dumagat tribe in Norzagaray, Bulacan, reflecting LINKED Group’s ongoing commitment to supporting the surrounding communities. The activity not only brought smiles to many families but also strengthened the bond between the security team and the community they help protect.
In conjunction with the outreach, all security professionals—both tenured and newly deployed—participated in the Annual Fire Suppression Training Seminar. This training is a crucial part of Maynilad’s compliance with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) safety regulations, ensuring that all personnel are well-equipped to handle emergency situations. More than a compliance measure, it reinforces the importance of maintaining a learning attitude, enhancing both knowledge and preparedness across the team.
This celebration was made even more meaningful through the strong support of the Maynilad management, whose trust and partnership have been vital to the success of the detachment. The LINKED Group remains deeply committed not only to Maynilad but also to all its clients, delivering consistent, high-quality service rooted in safety, discipline, and community care.
Through this well-rounded celebration, the LINKED Group not only honored two years of dedicated service at Maynilad IPO Dam but also demonstrated its core values of community involvement and professional excellence.
