Each activity served as a reminder that wellness is not limited to physical health alone—it also includes connection, teamwork, and mental well-being. Teams also brought extra energy with their chants and banners, showcasing creativity, enthusiasm, and team spirit that inspired everyone.
Among the competing teams, the Red Team emerged as the overall champion, demonstrating not only skill and coordination but also the values of collaboration, resilience, and sportsmanship that LINKED upholds. Their victory highlighted how teamwork and camaraderie can create meaningful, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for everyone involved.
