UPDATE: Walk to Wellness: A Step Closer to a Healthier Lifestyle

LINKED’s Walk to Wellness gathered over 60 employees at Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center. Participants completed at least two laps and 5,000 steps, promoting an active lifestyle and overall well-being. The initiative continues to inspire teamwork and health within the company.

Walk to Wellness A Step Closer to a Healthier Lifestyle

The Walk to Wellness activity held on February 22, 2025, at Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center was a resounding success, bringing together over 60 participants from both the Head Office and field personnel. This initiative underscores the LINKED’s commitment to fostering physical health, mental well-being, and overall wellness among employees while connecting with nature.

Participants embraced the challenge, completing at least two laps around the park and hitting a minimum of 5,000 steps—a testament to the event’s goal of encouraging an active lifestyle. The session highlighted the significance of regular physical activity in maintaining a healthy body and mind.

During the event, Mr. Rozel P. Narag, EVP – General Manager, emphasized that Walk to Wellness is an official company initiative and employees are encouraged to make wellness a consistent part of their routine, further strengthening the company’s health-focused culture.

To conclude the activity, a cool-down exercise was led by Mr. Narag, ensuring proper recovery for all participants. Following the session, attendees enjoyed a simple yet fulfilling breakfast, fostering camaraderie and reinforcing a culture of wellness within the organization.
